Look One, Tethered Earth, explores the tension that we create when we attempt to control the Earth. We build on top of it and do not allow enough breathing room or growth. Most often, we destroy what previously existed all together for our 'comfort' and plans. There is so much beauty and complexity to what we have been given, yet we want to constrict it. People have become selective about what life is allowed to exist in our proximity, yet paradoxically we feel most at peace when we can embrace the land's lively fullness.
